目的:观察急性酒精中毒经中西医治疗的临床疗效及安全性。方法:针对本院急诊和住院患者,对需要急诊和住院治疗的患者30例,随访、观察全部病例符合《中华医学会急诊指南》的诊断标准,对本病,经中西医结合治疗,及辅查结果、临床价值、疗效及安全性进行评价。结果:中西医治疗的30例患者,辅助检查。如:血糖、血清酒精浓度测定、肝肾功、电解质、心电图、血淀粉、血尿便常规、血气分析、肌电图、CT等检查。同时监测体温、心率、血压呼吸、生命体征恢复情况。临床疗效判定,显效19例,有效7例,无效4例,有效率87%,无效率13%。结论:主要是催醒、改善血糖、利尿、解毒、清热除湿、抗氧化,营养神经、保护脑功能及脏器功能,减少了并发症,血清中酒精浓度测定清除、及他辅查结果大部分均已正常,经中西医治疗后,除极少部分患者原有心脏、肝肾疾病、糖尿病、高血压等以外,辅查结果无改善,预后差仍不可避免。其余大部分患者经中西医治疗后,争取了时间、安全有效,防止本病并发症引发的危险。其安全性和耐受性较好,在本病的治疗中起着重要的作用。临床症状消退,改善预后,生命体征恢复稳定。

Most of the remaining patients after the treatment of Chinese and Western, fight for time, safe and effective to prevent the risk of complications caused by the disease. Its safety and tolerability is good, plays an important role in the treatment of this disease. Clinical symptoms subsided to improve the prognosis, vital signs recovered stable.
