建筑业可以被看作一个具有多个子系统的复杂系统,各个子系统之间相互作用产生协调效应,能够推动建筑业的可持续发展。本文在建立建筑业可持续发展指标的基础上,构建了建筑业经济-资源环境-社会系统协调发展评价模型,并结合河南省建筑业相关数据,计算河南建筑业各子系统综合发展水平值及协调度。计算结果表明,2004-2011年8年间河南省建筑业总体发展形势良好,各子系统之间协调发展状况良好,发展趋势平稳。
The construction industry can be regarded as a complex system with many subsystems, and the interaction among the subsystems has a coordinating effect, which can promote the sustainable development of the construction industry. Based on the index of sustainable development of construction industry, this paper constructs the evaluation model of coordinated development of economy, resource, environment and social system in construction industry. Based on the data of construction industry in Henan Province, this paper calculates the comprehensive development level of each subsystem of construction industry in Henan Province, Coordination. The calculation results show that the overall development of construction industry in Henan province is in good condition during the eight years from 2004 to 2011, and the coordinated development among subsystems is in good condition and the development trend is stable.
