进入到九十年代中期以后,大学生对加入党组织的愿望越来越迫切,大学生中马列学习小组、特色理论学习小组、党章学习小组等活动一浪高过一浪,成为学生中最有吸引力和最有影响的组织,学生中写入党申请书的比例达30～40％,有的学校达60～70％,大学生的入党现象成为一个热点问题。是什么原因趋使莘莘学子向党组织靠拢?其加入党组织动机和目的是什么?近几年,我们对大学生中入党现象进行了较系统的课题研究,以期对大学生入党动机作一个初步探讨。
