汽车制动性能的检测,作为机动车安全检测中最重要项目之一,一直是大家关注的焦点。制动检测设备怎样才能客观准确地检测出汽车的制动性能,使其更好地服务于社会、造福于人民,与我们的被检对象机动车的现状是分不开的。本文以惯性反力式为基础,设计了一款用于检测卡丁车的制动性能的试验台。该试验台利用角增量编码器,成功检测出卡丁车的制动距离和跑偏量。
Vehicle braking performance testing, as one of the most important items in vehicle safety testing, has been the focus of everyone’s attention. How the brake testing equipment can objectively and accurately detect the braking performance of a car so that it can better serve the society and benefit the people is inseparable from the status quo of our vehicle. Based on the inertial reaction force, this paper designs a test rig for testing the braking performance of go-karts. The test rig uses angular incremental encoders to successfully detect the go-kart braking distance and deviation.
