本文针对新课程改革精神 ,提出面对有差异的学生个体如何引导其有效发展的操作策略 ,主要观点来源于“差异教学”课题研究成果。包括弹性暗分 ,动态调整 ;注意层级 ,张扬个性 ;分类推进 ,影响互动 ;多层评价 ,区别对待等。
According to the spirit of the new curriculum reform, this paper puts forward the operational strategies of how to guide individual students to have effective development. The main point of view comes from the research results of “Difference Teaching”. Including the flexibility of the dark points, dynamic adjustment; pay attention to the level, individuality; classified promotion, affecting interaction; multi-level evaluation, discrimination and so on.
