1989年4～6月在太原市健康人群中(361名)进行了一次三种(12型)军团菌感染的血清流行病学调查.结果表明太原市人群中三种(12型)军团菌的隐性感染均存在.阳性率以非嗜肺军团菌Lb、Lm最高(61.50％、38.50％)LP5、6.9较高(18.28％、15.79％、17.17％)LP3.1较低(7.48％、5.26％)LP2、4、10、7、8最低(0.55％～2.22％).同时出现两个或两个以上血清型阳性者占总人数的48.47％。感染在不同性别、年龄间无差异。
A serological epidemiological survey of three (12) Legionella infections was conducted among 361 healthy people in Taiyuan from April to June 1989. The results showed that three (12) Legionella strains in Taiyuan population The positive rates of LP3.1 were lower (7.48%, 5.26) in non-Pneumocystis pneumoniae with the highest Lb, Lm (61.50%, 38.50%) LP5,6.9 and higher (18.28%, 15.79%, 17.17% %) LP2,4,10,7,8 lowest (0.55% ~ 2.22%) .At the same time two or more serotypes positive accounted for 48.47% of the total number. Infections in different genders, no difference in age.
