目的 :观察丹芍化纤胶囊对四氯化碳 (CCl4)中毒性肝纤维化模型大鼠肝细胞线粒体脂质过氧化的作用。方法 :分别提取正常对照组、肝纤维化模型组、自然恢复组、低剂量丹芍化纤胶囊治疗组、高剂量丹芍化纤胶囊治疗组大鼠的肝组织线粒体 ,测定丙二醛 (MDA)的含量。结果 :肝纤维化组及自然恢复组较正常组大鼠肝细胞线粒体MDA含量明显增高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,治疗后 ,高剂量治疗组及低剂量治疗组大鼠肝细胞线粒体MDA含量均较肝纤维化组及自然恢复组明显降低 ,基本恢复正常水平。结论 :丹芍化纤胶囊对肝纤维化大鼠肝脏线粒体脂质过氧化具有一定的抑制作用 ,可能是其发挥抗肝纤维化疗效的机制。
Objective : To observe the effect of Danshao Huaxian Capsule on lipid peroxidation of mitochondria in hepatocytes of carbon tetrachloride (CCl4)-induced liver fibrosis model rats. METHODS: Liver mitochondria from rats of normal control group, hepatic fibrosis model group, natural recovery group, low-dose Danshaohuaxian capsule treatment group and high-dose Danshaohuaxian capsule group were extracted and malondialdehyde (MDA) was measured. content. RESULTS: MDA content in hepatocyte mitochondria was significantly higher in hepatic fibrosis group and natural recovery group than that in normal group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the MDA contents of hepatocyte mitochondria in the high-dose treatment group and the low-dose treatment group were both increased. Compared with the liver fibrosis group and the natural recovery group, it was significantly lower and basically returned to normal levels. Conclusion : Danshaohuaxian capsule has a certain inhibitory effect on hepatic mitochondrial lipid peroxidation in hepatic fibrosis rats, which may be the mechanism of its anti-hepatic fibrosis efficacy.
