对于移动运营商来说,3G网络建设是一个渐进的过程,期间2G网络和3G网络将相互依存,互为补充。由此探讨了2G网络向3G平滑演进过程中的若干关键技术,以及亟待解决的主要问题;探讨了如何在2G网络的基础上对3G网络进行协同规划与优化,从而最大限度地利用现有网络中的相关设施,降低网络改造成本的问题。为了实现2G和3G网络的无缝接入,研究了2G和3G网络的互操作问题,提出了异类系统切换策略与互操作参数优化方法,最终使得用户可以在3G覆盖区域享受到丰富多彩且快速的高质量服务,而在3G网络覆盖区域之外也能获得比较满意的2G网络服务。
For mobile operators, 3G network construction is a gradual process, during which 2G networks and 3G networks will be interdependent and complement each other. This paper discusses some key technologies in the smooth evolution from 2G network to 3G and the main problems to be solved urgently. It also discusses how to plan and optimize the 3G network on the basis of 2G network so as to make maximum use of the existing network In the relevant facilities to reduce the cost of network reform problems. In order to achieve seamless access to 2G and 3G networks, the interoperability problem between 2G and 3G networks is studied. A heterogeneous system handover strategy and interoperation parameter optimization method are proposed. Finally, users can enjoy rich and fast 3G coverage areas Of high-quality service, but also in the 3G network coverage area can get more satisfactory 2G network services.
