Immunohistochemical staining is the most commonly used method for neuromorphological studies. However, what does the method show, what is the defect, what is the specificity, and how can the method be properly controlled? These problems may plague us for a long time or we may not even be aware of it. Recently, Professor Saper, editor in chief of the Journal of Comparative Neurology, and Professor Sawchenko, a morphological expert, published a joint commentary in the journal that gave a special account of the above-mentioned issues. In response to the correct establishment of an immunohistochemical method The experiment proposed the guiding opinion. Our editorial department believes that the review is rich in guiding role, so I asked someone to translate, dedication to this, in order to readers, hoping to help you to further understand the correct understanding of immunohistochemical methods.
