明确青海省马铃薯主产区5个监测点马铃薯晚疫病的发生流行规律,并开展药剂防治,评价其对马铃薯晚疫病的防治效果。在青海省互助县台子乡、湟源县申中乡、大通县东峡乡、民和县峡门镇、湟中县大源乡设立定位监测点,重点监测马铃薯晚疫病的发生流行特点并预测其发展趋势,根据监测结果,在晚疫病发病初期,选用52.5%噁酮·霜脲氰水分散粒剂和72%霜脲·锰锌可湿性粉剂2种杀菌剂防治马铃薯晚疫病。结果表明,2014年青海省各监测点马铃薯晚疫病发生流行的主要时期在8月上旬至9月下旬,一般情况下,马铃薯晚疫病在田间出现中心病株7 d后,其病害流行速率最快。5个监测点以互助县台子乡马铃薯晚疫病发病最为严重,湟中县大源乡发病最轻,大通县东峡乡马铃薯晚疫病病情全程增长速率最快。52.5%噁酮·霜脲氰水分散粒剂和72%霜脲·锰锌可湿性粉剂对马铃薯晚疫病具有较好的防治效果,对作物安全,无药害产生。
The prevalence of late blight of potato in 5 monitoring points in the main potato producing areas in Qinghai Province was determined and drug control was conducted to evaluate its control effect on late blight of potato. The establishment of the monitoring stations in Taizi Township, Huzhu County, Shuzhong Township in Huangyuan County, Dongxia Township in Datong County, Xiamen Township in Minhe County and Dayuan Township in Langzhong County focused on monitoring and predicting the epidemic characteristics of potato late blight According to the monitoring results, two kinds of fungicides, 52.5% oxaliclofenac sodium cyanide dispersible granules and 72% cream urea, manganese and zinc wettable powder, were used to control potato late blight at the initial stage of late blight. The results showed that the main period of occurrence of late blight of potato occurred in all monitoring sites in Qinghai Province in early August to late September. In general, after the emergence of potato blight in the field for 7 days, the disease prevalence rate was the fastest . The five monitoring sites are the most serious incidence of late blight of potato in Taizi Township, Huzhu County. The incidence of potato late blight is the lightest in Huangzhong County and the fastest growing rate of late blight of potato in Dongxia Township, Datong County. 52.5% ketoprofen urea water dispersible granules and 72% cream urea, manganese and zinc wettable powder have good control effects on potato late blight, and are safe to crops and free of phytotoxicity.
