考察了柴胡合理的加热提取工艺,以柴胡皂甙A为检测指标,采用薄层扫描法,测定了不同加热提取时间柴胡皂甙A的含量,并比较了不同提取工艺对挥发油提取率的影响。结果表明,柴胡加热提取时间不宜超过6h。
The rational heating extraction process of Chaihu was investigated. Saikosaponin A was used as the detection index. The content of saikosaponin A at different heating extraction times was determined by thin-layer scanning method. The effect of different extraction processes on the extraction rate of volatile oil was compared. . The results showed that the heat extraction time of Bupleurum chinense should not exceed 6 hours.
