众所周知,铜具有独特的物理性能和电气性能,是传统的导体材料。但由于世界上铜资源的匮乏和市场价格较高,促使电工行业积极寻求代用材料。一般认为,铝的资源丰富、价格低廉、重量轻、导电率较高,也是一种是较好的导体。但铝的致命弱点是强度低、容易蠕变、耐蚀性较差、表面极易形成坚固的氧化膜,致使接头部分产生较大的接触电阻,并难以固牢连接。从而限制了“以铝代铜”的进一步推广。
As we all know, copper has a unique physical and electrical properties, is the traditional conductor materials. However, due to the lack of copper resources and high market prices in the world, the electrician industry is actively seeking substitute materials. Generally believed that aluminum is rich in resources, low prices, light weight, high conductivity, but also is a better conductor. However, the fatal weakness of aluminum is low strength, easy creep, poor corrosion resistance, the surface easily form a strong oxide film, resulting in the joint part of the larger contact resistance, and difficult to firmly connect. Thus limiting the “promotion of aluminum on behalf of copper”.
