实行频道制管理已成为电视台的运作模式。实践证明,频道制以频道为节目运营实体,有利于各个频道,尤其是专业化之后频道优化竞争力,增强灵活性。从某种意义上讲,专业化频道既是一个节目生产的系统运作机构,又是一个管理上相对独立的部门,这是支撑频道发展的基础。精心策划的品牌节目如果没有高端设计的频道组织管理,再好的节目策划也只能成为方案,而不是节目。频道管理对于常年以节目为中心的电视人来说是一个新课题,面临的实际困难逼迫我们不得不去学习
