天麻抗真菌蛋白基因(GAFP)转化彩色棉新品系抗黄、枯萎病性鉴定

将天麻抗真菌蛋白基因(GastrodiaAntifargalProtein,GAFP)利用花粉管通道法导入彩色棉品种新彩棉1号和新彩棉3号,转化后代经卡那霉素初筛、分子检测、农艺性状选择,培育出16个转基因新品系,对其在人工病圃进行田间黄、枯萎病的抗性鉴定,结果表明:参试的转基因品系中LB5007、ZB5020等5个品系既抗黄萎病又抗枯萎病,为兼抗类型;其余11个品系均为抗黄萎病耐枯萎病类型。 Gastrodia Antifungal Protein Gene (GAFP) was introduced into Xincianmian 1 and Xincianmian 3, a new cotton variety by pollen tube pathway. The progenies were transformed into kanamycin for primary screening, molecular detection, agronomic traits selection and breeding A total of 16 transgenic lines were identified and their resistance to yellowing and fusarium wilt were detected in artificial nurseries. The results showed that the five lines LB5007 and ZB5020 were resistant to Verticillium wilt and Fusarium wilt, Resistant type; the other 11 strains were resistant to Verticillium wilt disease type.
