本文简述了解放以来,我国高炉锰铁生产的发展。总结了主要技术成就,提出了存在问题,认为要把高炉铁合金生产提高到一个新的阶段,必须在加强企业管理与改进技术操作的同时进行技术改造。技术改造应在合理定点的基础上进行,其主要内容是:实现入炉料准备的现代化;采用高风温、富氧、脱湿与喷吹技术,将焦比降低到1300公斤/吨的水平;对产品精整工序进行配套与改造;根据锰铁冶炼特点改造高炉本体;环境保护与综合利用;合理调整产品系列,扩大产品品种。
This article briefly describes the development of ferromanganese production in China since liberation.
