本文以深圳裕璟幸福家园为例,详尽分析了高层装配整体式剪力墙结构的标准化设计、工厂化生产、装配化施工全过程。该项目创新地提出了适合南方夏热冬暖地区的外墙防水节点做法,梳理了装配式建筑领域BIM技术在设计、生产、施工层面的典型应用。 In this paper, Shenzhen Yujing happy home as an example, a detailed analysis of the high-rise assembly of integral shear wall structure of the standard design, factory production, assembly of the entire process. The project innovatively put forward the practice of exterior waterproofing node suitable for the hot summer and warm winter area in the south and combed the typical application of BIM technology in the field of assembly-type construction at the design, production and construction levels.
