在加工精度高而又较长的丝杠时,用分段接长的办法有如下优点:①因分段丝杠较短,所以磨削外圆和螺纹较容易。②热处理和计量比较容易,不要求大而长的设备。我们用本厂的一般设备,制造了总长为4180毫米的接长淬火丝杠。螺纹部分长2832毫米。丝杠分8节组成,组装后的丝杠装在精密丝杠车床上,加工出的零件经过计量高于1级。现将接长丝杠的结构特点及影响精度的主要环节简述如下。
