作者于1986年—1987年在武昌观察了不同温度条件下异色瓢虫的发育速率、用最小二乘法公式推导出了全世代及各虫态的发育起点温度和有效积温,并观察了温度对异色瓢虫成活率及生殖率的影响。结果表明:异色瓢虫全世代发育起点温度8.21℃,有效积温为353.46日度。卵的发育速率与温度呈逻辑斯蒂曲线关系1/Y=0.5291/1+e~(9.67-0.4235x);幼虫期和蛹期的发育速率与温度呈抛物线型关系,1/Y=-0.00047X~2+0.02917X-0.3323,1/Y=-0.00105X~2+0.0672X-0.8187。对各虫期存活最有利的温度为21℃,对生殖最有利的温度为29℃。
