The single-layer industrial workshop thermal processing workshop has the characteristics of large heat dissipation, smoke emission, and so on, and has a higher requirement for the natural ventilation of the workshop. Ventilation skylights should be adopted in design as an important measure for ventilation and temperature reduction, removal of harmful gases, and improvement of production conditions in the workshop. In the early 1950s, the sunroof design of the hot-work shop used the rectangular ventilated sunroof developed in the Soviet Union in the 1940s. Over the years, the ventilation performance of this kind of skylights has been limited to ventilation in individual workshops.
