本文基于某实际房地产项目,通过使用CFD技术,从粗至细,由广到微探究了空调室外机对建筑周边微环境的的影响。根据逐级细化的模拟实验结果,可以发现室外机热量在背风面容易发生积聚,且可通过建筑造型措施减少室外机温度的影响,但垂直布置的室外机仍有过热的隐患。模拟实验数据拟合结果显示,垂直布置的室外机随楼层的增高温度上升速度越快。
This article based on a real estate project, through the use of CFD technology, from coarse to fine, from wide to micro to explore the outdoor air conditioner outdoor environment on the micro-environment impact. According to the simulation result of gradual refinement, it can be found that the outdoor unit heat tends to accumulate on the leeward side, and the influence of the outdoor unit temperature can be reduced through the architectural modeling measures. However, the vertically arranged outdoor unit may still be overheated. The fitting results of simulation experiment data show that the outdoor unit with vertical arrangement increases faster with the increase of floor temperature.
