高血压是常见的心脑血管疾病,严重威胁着人们的健康。它与人群的饮食习惯、生活方式及行为密切相关。膳食不合理、体力活动不足、吸烟、过度饮酒等不健康生活方式是高血压的主要行为危险因素[1]。国内外社区健康教育的实践表明,改善生活方式,不断提高社区居民防治高血压的自我保健能力,不仅可预防高血压,而且对治疗各级高血压都有非常重要
Hypertension is a common cardiovascular disease, a serious threat to people’s health. It is closely related to people’s eating habits, lifestyle and behavior. Irrational diet, physical inactivity, smoking, excessive drinking and other unhealthy lifestyles are the major risk factors for hypertension [1]. The practice of community health education at home and abroad shows that improving lifestyle and continuously improving self-care ability of community residents in preventing and treating hypertension not only prevent high blood pressure, but also are very important for the treatment of hypertension at all levels
