经济全球化加剧了人力资源市场的竞争。人力资源开发与管理对企业经营管理的作用越来越大。国有企业人力资源的有效开发与管理是国有企业经营发展最重要的源动力,国有企业必须在人力资源管理的观念和制度上加以大力改革,国有企业才能留住人才、吸引人才,国有企业在激烈的市场竞争中才能得到更大的发展。本文分析了我国国有企业人力资源管理的现状、原因,并提出了相应的对策。
