根据电容充放电原理,通过对太阳能水泵启动电流试验分析提出一种基于S3C44B0X控制的电容器充放电启动方法,延长太阳能光伏水泵工作时间,提高水泵供水效率。该方法是在S3C44B0X供水控制系统上增加电容充放电电路,主要解决光伏电池供电电流小,水泵无法正常启动的问题。控制系统控制光伏电池先对电容器充电,利用电容器放电电流启动水泵。试验结果表明:控制器通过电容器充放电能够启动水泵工作,太阳能水泵启动控制系统运行良好;水泵启动控制系统使供水效率提高13%。
According to the principle of capacitor charging and discharging, a start-up method of capacitor charging and discharging based on S3C44B0X control is proposed through the analysis of start-up current of solar pump to prolong the working time of solar photovoltaic pump and improve the water supply efficiency of the pump. The method is to increase the capacitor charging and discharging circuit on the S3C44B0X water supply control system, mainly solving the problem that the supply current of the photovoltaic cell is small and the pump can not start normally. The control system controls the photovoltaic cell to charge the capacitor first, use the capacitor to discharge the electric current and start the water pump. The test results show that the controller can start the pump by charging and discharging the capacitor, and the solar pump start-up control system runs well. The pump start-up control system improves the water supply efficiency by 13%.
