Al[β=2.530,P=0.001,OR=3.681,95%CI(1.985,11.268)],Pb[β=1.938,P=0.011,OR=2.129,95%CI(1.348,7.235)],Cr[β=-0653,P=0.023,OR=0.621,95%CI(0.256,0.956)]差异均有统计学意义。
[Objective] To explore the contents of trace elements aluminum (Al), lead (Pb), chromium (Cr) and fasting blood glucose in residents of Guixi Aluminum Industrial Base, and analyze their effects on glucose metabolism. [Methods] The levels of serum aluminum (Al), lead (Pb), chromium (Cr) and fasting blood glucose were measured in 106 cases of Guangxi West Industrial Base and 87 healthy adults respectively. (P = 0.05) .χ2 test was used to compare the difference of abnormal glucose metabolism rate between the two groups (P = 0.05). Finally, the role of trace elements in abnormal glucose metabolism was analyzed by non-conditional multivariate Logistic regression model. Data statistical analysis by SPSS17.0 statistical software system. [Result] Compared with the Beibu Gulf resident group, there were significant differences in serum aluminum (Al), lead (Pb), chromium (Cr) and fasting blood glucose among residents of Guangxi West Aluminum Industrial Base (P <0.05) The rate of abnormal glucose metabolism was 9.4% (10/106) (P <0.05). Non-conditional logistic regression model analysis showed that Al [β = 2.530, P = 0.001, OR = 3.681,95% CI (1.985,11.268)], Pb [β = 1.938, P = 0.011, OR = 2.129, 95% CI , 7.235)], Cr [β = -0653, P = 0.023, OR = 0.621, 95% CI (0.256,0.956)]. [Conclusion] Elevated serum aluminum (Al) and lead (Pb) levels and decreased chromium (Cr) levels may lead to abnormal high levels of glucose metabolism in Al-based industrial base of Guangxi. Al, Pb) levels may be risk factors for abnormal glucose metabolism, chromium (Cr) may be a protective factor.
