为了研究双级旋流器在不同偏心量下的冷态流场变化,设计了4种偏心量(分别为0,0.5,1.0,1.7mm偏心)的双级旋流器试验件,并采用粒子图像测速仪(PIV),测量了不同偏心量下流场.试验结果表明:0.5mm偏心下的流场较无偏心下变化较小,但当偏心量大于0.5mm时,双级旋流器出口下游规则的双涡结构变得不对称,并且中心回流区变窄,流场与无偏心下相比差别较大;偏心对双级旋流器出口下游径向速度分布影响较大,在双级旋流器出口X/D=0.5轴向位置附近,当偏心量大于0.5mm时气流径向速度分量变为正向峰值.
In order to study the changes of the flow field in a two-stage hydrocyclone under different eccentric loads, four kinds of eccentric cyclones (0, 0.5, 1.0 and 1.7mm eccentricity respectively) The image velocimeter (PIV) was used to measure the flow field under different eccentricity.The experimental results show that the flow field under 0.5mm eccentricity is smaller than that without eccentricity, but when the eccentricity is more than 0.5mm, The double vortex structure of the downstream rule becomes asymmetric, and the center recirculation zone becomes narrower, the flow field differs greatly from that under no eccentricity. Eccentricity has a great influence on the downstream radial velocity distribution at the outlet of the two-stage cyclone. The swirler outlet X / D = 0.5 near the axial position, when the eccentricity is greater than 0.5mm when the radial velocity component of air into a positive peak.
