为满足长沙市中低速磁悬浮轨道交通工程的施工需要,研制成功TLJ 130 t磁悬浮轨道交通架桥机。该机采用拆装式墩旁托架新型结构,可以实现在桥梁侧面喂梁的架梁工艺,解决了在狭窄市区架梁施工磁悬浮轨道交通线路的难题。此外,采用桥梁两侧吊重与配重相互均衡的技术,大幅降低了架梁过程中对桥墩造成的偏心弯矩,提高了架梁施工的安全性,使架桥机可以方便地实现左、右侧双向架梁。介绍该机的技术特点、总体组成、主要技术参数、安装方法、架梁过孔作业流程、创新点及若干关键技术。
