《烏臺詩案》稿是記録烏臺詩案發展詳細過程的一份文字資料,其中保留了臺諫翻檢蘇軾詩作認爲有“譏諷”者,這種“譏諷”是臺諫扭曲與蘇詩的現實批判性相互糾結的產物。從《烏臺詩案》本身出發,我們會發現臺諫通過詩句含義具體化、誇大具體事件的政治意義、扭曲作品含義等手段人爲製造了一部分的“譏諷”之義。而結合本時段蘇軾的詩歌創作,特别是臺諫未收的部分,會發現譏諷義的認定也有一定的範圍界限性、人際選擇性和模糊性。另一方面,熙豐年間,世論日隘的現實以及朋友的勸誡,使得蘇軾的譏諷之作也有逐漸含蓄化、個人體驗化的傾向。最後,筆者根據現有文獻材料,對烏臺詩案發生前的“沈括獻詩”一事進行了簡單考察,認爲熙寧七年沈括獻詩一事疑點頗多,難成定案。但熙寧七年沈括奉命巡察兩浙確實讓蘇軾感受到了外界的壓迫,使其創作面貌發生了轉變。但在當時的背景條件下,烏臺詩案的發生幾乎已經是歷史發展的必然。

Finally, based on the existing literature and materials, the author makes a simple survey of the “Shen Kuo Xian Poems” before the occurrence of Wutai poetry. However, Xining seven years Shen Kui was ordered to inspect the two Zhejiang really made Su feel the oppression of the outside world, so that the creative face changed. However, under the background conditions of that time, the occurrence of Wutai poetry case is almost an inevitable result of historical development.
