目前平衡计分卡绩效管理模式是世界上最流行的管理方式之一,最早流行于国外一些大中企业,并且逐步流行到医院绩效管理中,同时也得到了世界管理学家们的认可与支持,在我国这种最流行、最科学的绩效考核办法也得到了证实与应用,并且也从企业逐步推广到了医院绩效管理中,它的应用将调动医院每一名职工的积极性和能动性,从而促进医院其他工作的有序发展。本文将从平衡计分卡的概念及原理入手,阐述平衡计分卡在医院绩效管理中的必要性,以及实施的过程,最后说明实施过程中应注意的事项。以上是我个人肤浅的看法,希望对医院的绩效改革工作助上一臂之力。

This article starts with the concept and principle of BSC, elaborates the necessity of SCC in hospital performance management, and the process of implementation, and finally points out the items to be noticed in the process of implementation. These are my personal superficial views, hoping to contribute to the performance reform of the hospital.
