癫痫灵能显著对抗由电刺激、尼可刹米及硝酸士的宁引起的小鼠惊厥;明显提高小鼠心肌营养性血流量;对小鼠大脑线粒体中单胺氧化酶(MAO)活性有明显抑制作用。另外,癫痫灵使大鼠血浆中雌二醇(E_2)含量明显降低,睾酮(T)含量明显升高,从而使E_2/T的比值降低;使cAMP和cGMP有降低趋势,但cAMP/cGMP的比值仍高于对照组;癫痫灵尚可显著提高大鼠细胞免疫功能。
The epilepsy psionics significantly counteracted convulsions in mice caused by electrical stimulation, nikethamide, and strychnine nitrate; significantly increased myocardial nutrient blood flow in mice; and markedly inhibited monoamine oxidase (MAO) activity in mouse brain mitochondria. In addition, epilepsy spirit significantly reduced the content of estradiol (E 2 ) in plasma and increased the content of testosterone (T), resulting in a decrease in the ratio of E 2 /T and a decrease in cAMP and cGMP, but cAMP/cGMP. The ratio is still higher than the control group; epilepsy spirit can still significantly improve the cellular immune function in rats.
