目的 :探讨钙吸收利用与钙摄入量间的关系。方法 :给初断乳Wistar大鼠喂饲 3周缺钙饲料后 ,按体重随机分为缺钙组、钙适宜组和高钙组 ,进行 12周喂养 ,并于实验第 5周进行 3天代谢试验。结果 :适宜补钙可明显增加骨钙、骨密度、骨矿物质含量和股骨的重量 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,加大补钙剂量 ,补钙效果未见增加。相关分析发现 ,摄入钙与骨钙、骨密度、骨矿物质含量呈正相关 ,而与吸收率、存留率呈负相关。量效研究发现 ,大鼠钙摄入量 (X)与吸收率 (Y)间的关系呈双曲线函数形式 ,所得回归方程为 :^Y =e6 .80 6 8×X- 0 .882 1 +2 0 ,(F =4 7.315 4 ,P <0 .0 0 0 1)。提示骨钙与骨矿物质含量具有良好的线性关系。结论 :钙吸收率与钙摄入量呈双曲函数关系 ,骨矿物质含量是评价大鼠钙补充效果的理想指标。
Objective: To explore the relationship between calcium absorption and utilization and calcium intake. Methods: The weaned Wistar rats were fed with calcium-deficient diet for 3 weeks. The rats were randomly divided into calcium-deficient group, calcium-appropriate group and high-calcium group according to body weight. The rats were fed for 12 weeks and were metabolized for 3 days test. Results: Appropriate calcium supplementation can significantly increase the bone calcium, bone mineral density, bone mineral content and weight of the femur (P <0. 05), increase calcium dose, calcium effect did not increase. Correlation analysis found that intake of calcium and bone calcium, bone mineral density, bone mineral content was positively correlated, but with the absorption rate, the survival rate was negatively correlated. The dose-response study found that the relationship between calcium intake (X) and absorption rate (Y) in rats was hyperbolic function, and the regression equation was: ^ Y = e6 .80 6 8 × X- 0.882 1 + 2 0, (F = 4 7.315 4, P <0.0001). Tip bone calcium and bone mineral content has a good linear relationship. Conclusion: Calcium uptake and calcium intake are hyperbolic functions, and bone mineral content is an ideal indicator to evaluate the effect of calcium supplement in rats.
