目的观察抗疏健骨颗粒对去势骨质疏松大鼠血清IGF-Ⅰ的影响,探讨抗疏健骨颗粒防治骨质疏松症的作用机理。方法用抗疏健骨颗粒对去势骨质疏松大鼠进行不同剂量的药物治疗,并与假手术组、模型组、尼尔雌醇进行对比,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清中IGF-Ⅰ含量。结果模型组血清中IGF-Ⅰ的含量明显低于假手术组(P<0.01);尼尔雌醇组明显高于模型组(P<0.05);抗疏健骨颗粒小剂量组与模型组无明显差异;中、高剂量组明显高于模型组(P<0.05),但与尼尔雌醇组比较无明显差异。结论抗疏健骨颗粒是通过升高血清IGF-Ⅰ含量,抑制破骨细胞的活性,改善骨代谢而达到防治绝经后骨质疏松症的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Kangshoujiangu Granule on serum IGF-I in ovariectomized rats, and to explore the mechanism of Kangshoujiangu Granule in preventing and treating osteoporosis. Methods Different doses of drug therapy were used to treat osteoporosis-treated osteoporosis rats with Kangshuojian Granules. Compared with sham-operated group, model group and nilestriol, the serum was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). IGF-I content. Results The serum IGF-I level in the model group was significantly lower than that in the sham operation group (P<0.01), and the nilestriol group was significantly higher than the model group (P<0.05); the Xiaoshu Jiangu granules in the low dose group and the model group were absent. Significant differences; medium and high dose groups was significantly higher than the model group (P <0.05), but no significant difference compared with the Nylestriol group. Conclusion Kangshuo bone granules can prevent postmenopausal osteoporosis by increasing serum IGF-I content, inhibiting the activity of osteoclasts and improving bone metabolism.
