目的观察经乳晕弧形切口薄皮瓣法行乳房良性肿瘤切除术的临床效果。方法 1 295例乳腺良性肿瘤患者行经乳晕弧形切口薄皮瓣手术切除术,观察手术效果和美学效果。结果本组手术均顺利,肿瘤彻底切除;术后未发生血肿、切口感染和皮瓣坏死等并发症;术后随访3～6个月无复发,患者乳房外形正常、乳晕切口无明显瘢痕增生,乳房感觉无异常。结论乳晕弧形切口薄皮瓣法行乳腺良性肿瘤切除术安全、可行,术后无明显瘢痕形成,符合美学要求。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of benign breast tumor excision by means of auricle incision and thin flap. Methods A total of 295 patients with benign breast tumors undergone surgical resection of thin skin flap with arcuate incision were performed to observe the effect of surgery and the aesthetic effect. Results The operation was successful and the tumor was completely removed. No complications such as hematoma, incision infection and necrosis of the skin flap occurred after operation. No recurrence was observed in 3 to 6 months postoperatively. Breast appearance was normal and no obvious hyperplasia of the areola incision, Breast feeling no abnormalities. Conclusions Surgical treatment of benign breast tumor resected with thin skin flap with areolar arc incision is safe and feasible. There is no obvious scar formation after operation, which accords with aesthetic requirements.
