目的分析不同生育期下新疆红花的含量,探讨新疆红花不同生育期对品质的影响。方法分别采取新红4号、裕民无刺、吉红1号不同品种在7月13日、7月22日、7月24日、8月1日等不同时期的样品,用HPLC法测定3个品种在不同时期、3个品种在同一时期的羟基红花黄色素A含量及山奈素含量;用紫外分光法测定测定3个品种在不同时期、3个品种在同一时期的总黄酮含量。结果新疆红花不同生育期中羟基红花黄色素A的含有量为1.01%~1.65%,山柰素的含有量为0.0881%~0.1514%,总黄酮的含有量为0.2731%~1.20%。结论新疆红花在不同生育期中羟基红花黄色素A、山柰素及总黄酮的含有量有差异,其中采摘于8月1日的含有量最高,是红花优质高产的适宜采摘时期。
Objective To analyze the contents of safflower in different growth stages of Xinjiang and discuss the effects of different growth stages on the quality of safflower. Methods Samples of different breeds of Xinhong No.4, No. Of Yumin and Jihong No. 1 were collected at different periods such as July 13, July 22, July 24 and August 1, respectively. The contents of 3 The content of hydroxysafflor yellow A and the content of kaempferol in three cultivars at different time and period were measured. The content of total flavonoids of three cultivars at different periods and three cultivars in the same period was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results The contents of hydroxysafflor yellow A in different growth stages were 1.01% ~ 1.65%, the content of behenicin was 0.0881% ~ 0.1514%, the content of total flavonoids was 0.2731% ~ 1.20%. Conclusions The contents of hydroxysafflor yellow A, kaempferol and total flavonoids in Xinjiang safflower are different at different growth stages. The highest content of safflower on the 1st of August is the suitable picking period for safflower high quality and high yield.
