本文介绍了应用微量稀土显著提高大断面球铁轧辊综合机械性能的技术实践。在φ600~660mm 球铁型钢辊、φ1140~1250mm 球铁支持辊、φ910~1180mm 球铁初轧开坯辊、φ700~760mm 冷硬球铁中板辊以及φ630mm 冷硬球铁薄板辊上应用微量稀土在球化率、球数、球径、基体组织和综合机械性能方面都得到了明显的改善。采用微量稀土与金属镁复合处理优于单一金属镁处理,更优于轻稀土合金处理。笔者对微量稀土在大断面镁铸铁中的行为进行了理论上的探讨,并提出了确定适当的残留稀土量的依据。
This article describes the application of trace rare earth significantly improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of large-area ductile iron roll of the technical practice. In the φ600 ~ 660mm iron and steel roller, φ1140 ~ 1250mm ball iron support roller, φ910 ~ 1180mm ball rolling the first roll, φ700 ~ 760mm cold hard nodular iron roll and φ630mm cold hard nodular iron roll application of rare earth rare earth The conversion rate, the number of balls, the ball diameter, the matrix structure and the overall mechanical properties have been significantly improved. The author discusses the behavior of trace rare earth in large cross-section magnesium cast iron, and puts forward the basis to determine the appropriate residual rare earth.
