合成了一个新的铜配合物[{Cu(IBG)(2,2’-bipy)·H_2O}_2·5H_2O]_n,(H2IBG=1,3-二苯酰氨基酸;2,2’-bipy=2,2’-联吡啶),并且通过单晶衍射、元素分析、红外和热重进行了表征.标题化合物属于正交晶系,P2c空间群,a=1.5335(2),b=2.3215(3),c=1.38333(19)nm,β=90.00°,V=4.9247(11)nm~3,Z=4.在化合物中,每个Cu(Ⅱ)离子与2,2’-联吡啶中的2个N原子,水分子中的1个O原子,以及羧基配体中的2个O原子配位,并形成扭曲的四角锥几何构型.2个相邻的Cu(Ⅱ)四角锥单元通过配体连接形成一维链状结构,该一维链通过氢键和π-π堆积作用形成三维网状结构.
A new copper complex [{Cu (IBG) (2,2’-bipy) · H_2O} _2 · 5H_2O] _n was synthesized. (H2IBG = 1,3-dibenzoyl amino acid; 2,2’-bipyridyl) and characterized by single crystal diffraction, elemental analysis, IR and TG.The title compounds belong to orthorhombic, P2c space group, a = 1.5335 (2), b = 2.3215 ), c = 1.38333 (19) nm, β = 90.00 °, V = 4.9247 (11) nm ~ 3 and Z = 4. In the compounds, Two N atoms, one O atom in the water molecule and two O atoms in the carboxyl ligand coordinate to form a distorted quadrangular pyramid geometry. Two adjacent Cu (II) tetrapod units pass through The ligands are connected to form a one-dimensional chain structure, which forms a three-dimensional network structure by hydrogen bonding and π-π stacking.
