随着建筑及汽车等工业的发展,型材的应用量逐渐增加。型材挤压中的一个重要问题是模孔布置。模孔布置不当,会使挤压产品歪扭、弯曲,并产生其它一些质量问题。至今,模孔布置尚无较为科学的方法,仍凭设计者的经验判定。型材挤压时,挤出产品的歪扭、弯曲是由于模孔各部位材料的出口位移速度不等所造成的。如果我们创造一种条件,使模孔各部位材料的出口位移速度相等,那么就可以解决挤出产品的歪扭和弯曲问题。
With the development of industries such as construction and automobiles, the application of profiles is gradually increasing. An important issue in profile extrusion is die hole layout. Improperly positioned die holes can cause crooked, bent extrusion products and other quality problems. So far, there is no more scientific method for the arrangement of die holes, which is still judged by the designer’s experience. Profile extrusion, extrusion products crooked, bending is due to the various parts of the die hole material outlet displacement caused by the speed. If we create a condition that equalizes the exit displacement speed of the material in each part of the die hole, then the problem of crookedness and bending of the extruded product can be solved.
