百年乐是广西中医学院药厂生产的一种含有人参等多种中药的口服液体制剂。多年来对人参的化学、生化和药理等方面的研究表明,人参中所含的皂甙是其生理活性最重要的有效成分。因此,测定皂甙的含量,便成为评价人参制剂质量的重要指标之一。有关百年乐中人参总皂甙的含量测定尚未见文献报道。本文应用分光光度法测定了6批百年乐样品的含量,现简要报告如下。一、仪器、药品与试剂国产751G分光光度计,红参,人参总皂甙标准品(含量82.11%),香荚兰醛,高氯酸及冰醋酸等。二、人参总皂甙(Rx)的提取和精制参照文献的方法,取红参粗粉用甲醇提取,正丁醇萃取,并在丙酮中精制,干燥后 Centennial Music is an oral liquid preparation containing various traditional Chinese medicines such as ginseng produced by Guangxi Traditional Chinese Medical College.
