为了快速、高效、智能化地处理电网报警信息,开发实现了基于多智能体和专家系统的电网智能报警系统。该系统采用决策树理论和粗糙集理论对电网报警信息处理的规则进行学习挖掘,以这些规则为知识库构建报警信息处理专家系统,对报警信息进行噪声滤除和逻辑推理等智能化处理;采用多智能体技术将报警信息处理过程划分为多个智能体,在协作协调、数据共享和通信机制等方面进行了研究,使报警信息的处理过程高效迅速。该系统已应用到甘肃定西地区电网,运行效果表明了系统的实用性和有效性。
In order to deal with the grid alarm information quickly, efficiently and intelligently, a smart grid alarm system based on multi-agent and expert system was developed. The system uses decision tree theory and rough set theory to study the rules of power grid alarm information processing and mining, and builds an expert system of alarm information processing with these rules as a knowledge base, and performs intelligent processing such as noise filtering and logic reasoning on alarm information; Multi-agent technology divides the process of alarm information into several agents, and researches on coordination and coordination, data sharing and communication mechanism, which makes the processing of alarm information efficient and rapid. The system has been applied to the power grid in Dingxi, Gansu Province. The operational results show the practicability and effectiveness of the system.
