基于诊断比值的Logistic回归分析对中东原油的鉴别

原油的诊断比值C_(17)/Pr、C_(18)/Ph和Pr/Ph具有良好的抗风化性,可作为海上溢油鉴定的重要参数。以诊断比值为参数考察了18种原油之间的修正余弦相似度,中东原油之间的相似度均值为0.76,表现出较高的相似性,而中东与非中东原油之间的相似度均值为-0.42,两者差异显著。以诊断比值为变量建立了判别中东原油的二元Logistic回归模型,C统计量为0.99(>0.90),表明诊断比值和模型预测概率之间的相对一致性很好。该模型对风化30 d油样的鉴别准确率为100%,对文献报道的9种原油的鉴别准确率也达到100%,它不仅适用于未风化原油的鉴别,也适用于海上短期风化原油的鉴别。 The diagnostic ratios of crude oil C_ (17) / Pr, C_ (18) / Ph and Pr / Ph have good weathering resistance, which can be used as an important parameter for the identification of oil spills on the sea. Based on the diagnostic ratio, the modified cosine similarity between 18 crude oils was investigated. The average similarity between Middle East crude oil was 0.76, showing a high similarity. However, the average similarity between Middle East and non-Middle East crude oil was -0.42, significant difference between the two. Binary logistic regression model was used to determine the crude oil in the Middle East with the diagnostic ratio as a variable. The C statistic was 0.99 (> 0.90), indicating that the relative consistency between the diagnostic ratio and the model predictive probability was good. The accuracy of this model is 100% for the weathering 30-day oil samples and 100% for the 9 crude oils reported in the literature. It is not only suitable for the identification of unreduced crude oil but also for the short-term weathered crude oil at sea Identification.
