就业是人们生存的核心问题,当前我国就业市场存在女性就业难特别是知识女性就业困难问题,其中一个重要原因是就业性别歧视。本文认为,在当前人力环境条件下,男女两性在综合劳动能力和就业竞争力上存在客观差异,而保障两性平等就业的法律法规不够具体并缺乏可操作性,加之传统观念等因素的影响,就业市场性别歧视现象越演越烈。创造公平的就业环境,政府责无旁贷,应从宏观政策引导、法律制度创新和完善、文化变革和社会环境的培育等方面入手,营造两性平等竞争的劳动力市场环境。
Employment is the core issue of people’s survival. At present, there is a problem of difficult employment for women in China’s employment market, especially for women in knowledge-based employment. One of the major reasons for this is employment discrimination in employment. This paper argues that there are objective differences between men and women in the comprehensive ability of work and the competitiveness of employment under the current conditions of human environment. The laws and regulations that guarantee the employment of both sexes are not specific and lack of maneuverability. In addition to the influence of traditional concepts and other factors, employment The phenomenon of gender discrimination in the market is getting worse. In order to create a fair employment environment, the government is duty-bound to proceed with macroeconomic policy guidance, innovation and improvement of the legal system, cultural changes and the cultivation of social environment, so as to create a labor market environment with gender equality and competition.
