我厂于1986年从日本引进GC15系列工业缝纫机的制造技术与设备。其中仅用于加工GC15—1车壳、底板的40台设备就有近200种刀具。其中有高精度小规格的Φ6.35mm的三角形可转位刀片,Φ7.94mm的四边形可转位刀片,有几十种又细又长的二阶梯、三阶梯的硬质合金螺旋铰刀,硬质合金螺旋立铣刀,有20多种又细又长、直径粗细相差很大的阶梯钻头。有多种模块化小刀夹等等。这些刀具我厂从未制作过,国内也未听说工具厂在制造生产。刀具是易损件,如不及时设法制作,随机配带的三套刀具很快将相继告罄,流水线生产就要被迫停止。如再进口刀具,除时间不能保证外,价格也十分昂贵。例如一把上轴孔铰刀要
