目的 探讨小针头穿刺细胞形态学对乳腺疾病诊断价值。方法 用一次性小针头塑料注射器 ,对乳腺肿大疾病 1330 3例患者进行定位穿刺细胞形态学检验诊断和分型诊断 ,部分患者同时进行核仁组成区嗜银蛋白(NORAg)、DNA倍体分析、Fas诱导细胞凋亡基因、突变型 P5 3抑制细胞凋亡基因研究。结果 小针头穿刺细胞形态学对乳腺肿大疾病的诊断及分型诊断有重要诊断价值 ,明显优越于其他传统诊断方法 ,再结合核仁组成区嗜银蛋白(NORAg)、倍体分析、Fas诱导细胞凋亡基因、突变型 P5 3抑制细胞凋亡基因研究 ,使穿刺成功率高达 10 0 % ,准确率 98.6 %。结论 小针头乳腺穿刺细胞形态学检验诊断具有简单、快速、准确、安全可靠、经济实用等特点 ,明显优越于其他传统诊断方法 ,有重要推广使用价值。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of small needle puncture cell morphology on breast diseases. METHODS: Three hundred and thirty-three patients with mammary gland disease were examined by local puncture cytomorphological examination and typing diagnosis using a small disposable plastic syringe. Some patients also performed NORAg and DNA ploidy analysis. , Fas induce apoptosis gene, mutant P5 3 inhibit cell apoptosis gene research. Results Small needle puncture cell morphology has important diagnostic value in the diagnosis and classification of breast enlargement diseases. It is obviously superior to other traditional diagnostic methods, combined with NORAg, ploidy analysis, and Fas induction. Apoptosis gene and mutant P53 inhibited apoptosis gene research, making the puncture success rate as high as 100% with an accuracy rate of 98.6 %. Conclusion The puncture cell morphological examination of small needle-needle mammary glands is simple, rapid, accurate, safe, reliable, economical and practical. It is obviously superior to other traditional diagnostic methods, and has important promotion value.
