今年以来,钢铁企业的外部条件较去年有所好转,煤、电、运紧张状况,逐步得到缓解,主要产品产量均有所增长,但经济效益很不理想,出现严重滑坡,有的企业甚至出现亏损。如何摆脱这种困境,提高企业的经济效益,乃是企业领导及企业管理者日夜所思索的。在钢铁企业中,原燃材料占产品成本70％以上。笔者认为,加强对原燃材料采购一进厂一投入一产出的全过程管理,是提高钢铁企业经济效益的重要途径之一。
