今年以来,钢铁企业的外部条件较去年有所好转,煤、电、运紧张状况,逐步得到缓解,主要产品产量均有所增长,但经济效益很不理想,出现严重滑坡,有的企业甚至出现亏损。如何摆脱这种困境,提高企业的经济效益,乃是企业领导及企业管理者日夜所思索的。在钢铁企业中,原燃材料占产品成本70%以上。笔者认为,加强对原燃材料采购一进厂一投入一产出的全过程管理,是提高钢铁企业经济效益的重要途径之一。

The author believes that strengthening the entire process of inputting raw materials into raw materials and inputs into output of the entire process is one of the important ways to improve the economic efficiency of the iron and steel enterprises.
