目的制备去甲斑蝥素温敏型原位凝胶并探讨其对肝癌的抑制作用。方法以泊洛沙姆407及泊洛沙姆188为载体材料制备去甲斑蝥素温敏型原位凝胶,采用小鼠H22肝癌细胞实体瘤模型考察去甲斑蝥素温敏型原位凝胶对荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤生长抑制作用。结果制备所得原位凝胶在室温下外观为白色透明液体态,胶凝温度下发生相转变形成凝胶时外观为白色透明凝胶态,凝胶温度为34℃,具有显著的缓释特性;体内抗肿瘤活性实验研究表明,对小鼠荷肝癌实体瘤具有明显抑制作用。结论去甲斑蝥素温敏型原位凝胶性质稳定,并具有良好的抗肿瘤活性。
Objective To prepare norcantharidin thermo-sensitive in situ gels and investigate its inhibitory effect on hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Poloxamer 407 and poloxamer 188 were used to prepare norcantharidin thermo-sensitive in situ gels. The mouse H22 hepatoma cell solid tumor model was used to investigate the effects of norcantharidin thermo-sensitive in situ gels Tumor growth inhibition of tumor-bearing mice. Results The prepared in-situ gel showed a white transparent liquid state at room temperature. When the phase transition occurred at the gelation temperature, the appearance of the gel was white and transparent gel. The gel temperature was 34 ℃, In vivo antitumor activity Experimental studies have shown that mice with liver cancer solid tumor has a significant inhibitory effect. Conclusion Norcantharidin thermo-sensitive in situ gel is stable and has good anti-tumor activity.
