作者通过测定52例有微血管病变的老年糖尿病患者和32例无微血管病变的老年糖尿病患者血小板MAR、TXB2和6-keto-PGF12,与22例健康老年人比较,并观察大黄庶虫丸对微血管病变患者MAR、TXB2和6-keto-PGF12的影响。提示,大黄庶虫丸对老年人糖尿病微血管病变患者血小板活化具有抑制作用,并且对TXA2与DGI2平衡失调具有调节功效,从而降低了血栓形成和微血管损伤。这可能是大黄庶虫丸治疗老年人糖尿病微血管病变患者的机理之一
The authors determined platelet MAR, TXB2, and 6-keto-PGF12 in 52 elderly diabetic patients with microvascular disease and 32 elderly diabetic patients without microvascular disease, compared with 22 healthy elderly people, and observed the effect of rhubarb locust pills on microvascular disease. It is suggested that rhubarb has an inhibitory effect on platelet activation in elderly patients with diabetic microangiopathy, and has a regulatory effect on the imbalance of TXA2 and DGI2, thereby reducing thrombosis and microvascular damage. This may be one of the mechanisms by which Dahuangqichong Pill treats elderly patients with diabetic microangiopathy.
