特快电动车上采用的车端减振装置是防止车辆侧摆及通过曲线时的蛇行运动以提高舒适度的重要装置。最近,就安装车端减振器用的螺栓破损和安装板发生裂纹等,对有关车端减振器发生故障的情况进行了调查,为防止裂纹发生,决定对安装板进行补强,或者采用新式安装板。这两种措施经现车运行试验,证明效果良好。然而,上述改革花费及工程较大,因而这次着眼于通过改变车端减振器的性能,来防止安装螺栓破损及安装板裂纹等故障。经试验台试验和现车运行试验认为,改变了性能的车端减振器,对舒适度是没有影响的。
