微波干燥技术处理市政污泥实验研究

污泥处理与处置难已成为世界性难题,脱水干化是污泥处理处置的必要前提。微波具有高效加热的特点,将其应用到污泥处理处置技术上,可有效实现污泥的减量化、稳定化。本文采用微波干燥技术处理市政污泥,研究结果表明,微波可高效快速干燥污泥,污泥含水率由82%降至10%,微波处理能耗约为1300k Wh/t污泥。
