18名体育专业女学生,任意分成三组,在高压舱里吸入60分钟100%的纯氧,舱内压力2.8ATA。高压吸氧(HBO)前三天,要求所有的学生参加跑台测试。第一组在 HBO 后30分钟进行复试,第二组3小时后复试,第三组6小时后复试。从统计数据看,HBO 后第一、二小组受试者达到了可观的最大耗氧量(分别是14.4%和10%),并且能够在跑台上承受相当大的竭力跑(强度分别提高12.8%,18.1%,P<0.05)。尽管 HBO后竭力跑强度相当高,但是,HBO 前后竭力跑过程中,三个组的任一受试者的通气效率参数差别不大。
Eighteen female PE majors, randomly divided into three groups, inhaled 100% of the pure oxygen in the hyperbaric chamber for 60 minutes at a pressure of 2.8 ATA. High pressure oxygen (HBO) three days before, require all students to participate in treadmill testing. The first group was retested 30 minutes after HBO, the second group retested 3 hours later, and the third group retested 6 hours later. From the statistical data, the first and second subgroups achieved a significant maximum oxygen consumption (14.4% and 10% respectively) after HBO and were able to withstand considerable effort on the treadmill (intensities increased by 12.8 %, 18.1%, P <0.05). Although the intensity of exhaustion after HBO is quite high, the ventilation efficiency parameters of either of the three groups differed little from baseline to the next.
