目的了解青岛市食品中铅、镉、总汞、总砷污染情况。方法采集青岛市的农贸市场、食品商店、餐馆、养殖农户等环节的四个品种122件样品用国标法进行了元素含量的检测,按GB 2762-2005《食品中污染物限量》进行评价。结果 122份产品有8份元素含量超过了国家限量,超标率为6.6%,合格率为93.4%,分别为82份鲜活海产品中4份产品元素含量超过国家标准,1份舌头鱼检出铅超标,1份虾虎2份八带鱼检出镉超标;20份生畜肉中镉检出率为100%,其余元素未检出;10份蔬菜类中有1份茼蒿和1份生菜汞超标;10份生牛乳中有1份铅超标,1份铅和总汞都超标。结论青岛市居民食品中重金属污染的问题较低,但仍有进一步降低的必要尤其是鲜活海产品。
Objective To understand the pollution of lead, cadmium, total mercury and total arsenic in food in Qingdao. Methods A total of 122 samples of four varieties including farmers’ markets, food shops, restaurants and farmer households in Qingdao were collected for the determination of elemental content by GB method and evaluated according to GB 2762-2005, “Limit of Contaminants in Foods”. Results The content of eight elements in 122 products exceeded the national limit, the exceeding standard rate was 6.6% and the passing rate was 93.4%, respectively. The contents of 4 elements in 82 fresh seafood products exceeded the national standards and 1 tongue fish was detected Excessive levels of lead, 1 shrimp tiger tigerfish 2 out of eight octopus detection cadmium exceeded; 20 samples of livestock meat cadmium detection rate was 100%, the remaining elements were not detected; 10 vegetables and 1 class of Artemisia annua and excessive mercury 1 of 10 raw milk exceeded the standard, and 1 lead and total mercury exceeded the standard. Conclusion The problem of heavy metal pollution in food of Qingdao residents is low, but there is still a need for further reduction, especially fresh seafood.
