目的:组织芯片检测Kif2a在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及与预后的相关性。方法:采用组织芯片技术及免疫组织化学方法检测101例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织及癌旁组织中Kif2a表达。对有随访结果的63例作单因素和多因素相关生存分析。结果:Kif2a在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达与组织学分级、TNM分期及淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05)。在随访的63例中,单因素分析显示:乳腺浸润性导管癌中Kif2a表达、组织学分级、TNM分期及淋巴结转移均与患者生存率有关,多因素Cox比例风险分析显示均具有独立的预后意义。结论:Kif2a在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中高表达,且与组织学分级、TNM分期及淋巴结转移呈正相关。通过对Kif2a表达水平的检测为乳腺浸润性导管癌的转移潜能及预后判断提供了有效手段。
Objective: Tissue microarray was used to detect the expression of Kif2a in breast invasive ductal carcinoma and its correlation with prognosis. Methods: Tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry were used to detect the expression of Kif2a in 101 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast and its adjacent tissues. Sixty-three patients with follow-up results were analyzed for univariate and multivariate correlations. Results: The expression of Kif2a in breast invasive ductal carcinoma was positively correlated with histological grade, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). Among the 63 follow-up cases, univariate analysis showed that the expression of Kif2a, histological grade, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis in breast invasive ductal carcinoma were related to the survival rate of patients, and multivariate Cox proportional hazards analysis showed independent prognostic significance . Conclusion: Kif2a is overexpressed in invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast and is positively correlated with histological grade, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis. The detection of Kif2a expression provides an effective method for the metastatic potential and prognosis of invasive breast ductal carcinoma.
